Howdy Parents,
We had a wonderful time line dancing, painting bluebonnets, drawing Texas rivers on Texas shaped cookies, stamping leather bracelets, wrangler pictures, and the cowboy relay. Then we all sat down for chow. The chili was mighty tasty. Thank you for sending in the ingredients, cooking items, and decorations. We also appreciate our many volunteers who helped pull off this day without a hitch! Calling ALL LIBRARY Books: All books are due May 16th. Dear 4th grade parents, It's time once again for Robolab! In this session, we will learn about the engineering design process as we build, program, and battle sumo bots! Parent volunteers help make Robolab even more fun for everyone. Come join your child and see what they are doing! You do not need to know anything about Legos or programming; you only need to encourage them to solve problems and supervise them while they build. If you cannot come for the entire block of time, that's okay! Just note what times you will be able to be there with your signup. Any and all help is appreciated! Note that you must be registered as a volunteer in the RRISD system in order to attend.
